ITIL Introductory Overview Of ITIL V3

ITIL is built around a process-model based view of controlling and managing operations. ITIL exponents, citing ITIL's stated intention to be non-prescriptive, are expecting that organizations will have to engage ITIL processes with their existing overall process model.
